Usually yes. We sequence the job to minimise disruption, maintain safe access and protect work areas. There may be short periods of higher disruption during knock-throughs and services work.

Shell only takes the project to a secure, weather-tight structure ready for your own trades. Turnkey covers everything – including services, fit-out and decoration—so you’re handed a finished space.

Absolutely. We’ll coordinate openings, services and key dimensions, sharing drawings and timelines so your chosen suppliers can slot in smoothly.
